Stephanie Molden is the Director, Global Benefits at Ciena Corporation with over 22 years of experience in human resources. As part of Ciena’s Human Resource Total Rewards organization, she leads the Global Mobility, Immigration and Benefits teams operating in 36 countries. She strives to bring innovative benefit and well-being solutions that support Ciena’s culture and foster flexibility, trust, innovation, caring and inclusion. She is responsible for developing and implementing Ciena’s global benefit strategy that provides consistency and equality for all employees while enabling regional customization based on local country requirements and needs. In 2016, she led a cross functional team that created and launched Ciena’s Global Well-Being program across the entire employee population.
