Exhibiting opportunities will be held during the Annual Forum from Monday, November 11 (dismantling on Wednesday, November 13). The floor plan is designed to maximize the exhibitor’s exposure to Annual Forum attendees. Poster presentations will also be located in the exhibition hall. Breakfast, networking breaks and cocktail receptions will be held in the exhibition area.
The standard booth size is 8’ x 10’ and fully equipped with the items listed below. Additional items, as well as shipping and set-up information, can be obtained by contracting Freeman Online.
The Exhibition hall is located on the ground floor of the Marriott Wardman Park.

INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS
Booths will be available for installation on Monday, November 11, 2019 from 11:00 am- 4:00 pm and must be ready no later than 5:00 pm on Monday, November 11, 2019 for the networking break. It is mutually agreed that the Exhibitor is responsible for the delivery and removal of the Exhibitor's equipment and display materials to and from the exhibit area based on the rules and regulations of the official service decorator selected. Removal of equipment and materials will take place on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 from 12:00 – 2:00 pm. Any removal or dismantling done by Exhibitors prior to the announced time will be a breach of this agreement and may result in loss of exhibitor privileges in future years. (Hours are subject to change).
