Jessica Brooks-Woods is the CEO of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals the preeminent organization for health insurance and employee benefits professionals. Jessica has more than two decades of business and healthcare experience, including CEO of the Pittsburgh Business Group on Health, where she led the effort to redefine the discussion around healthcare value, access, equity, and quality.

Jessica created Rise Health Equity, a service dedicated to improving patient experience and championing equity. She also co-founded EARN Staffing Solutions, a crucial resource for the business community to advance the economic empowerment of inclusion in the American workforce and community.

Jessica is a recipient of the 2019 Pittsburgh Women of Influence Award and led the Pittsburgh Business Group on Health for its recognition as a Healthcare Purchasing Collaborative Award winner. She served on many state and national boards and was an appointee to the Pennsylvania Health Insurance Exchange. Jessica co-authored Race Forward: An Employer’s Guide to Health Equity and was recognized by the Pittsburgh Business Times as a Fast Tracker and named to the Smart 50 class by Smart Business Magazine.

Jessica graduated graduate from Pennsylvania State University's Smeal College of Business and Carnegie Mellon University.
