Natalie Middaugh is the President and CEO at the Kentuckiana Health Collaborative, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to build healthier communities through high quality, affordable, and equitable healthcare. In this role, she leads efforts to engage, align, and mobilize healthcare stakeholders to drive improvements in health and healthcare delivery. Natalie champions a collaborative, systems-thinking approach to building the health and healthcare systems we all deserve.

Before becoming President and CEO, Natalie served as the director of Programs and Health Strategies and as the community health program manager at the KHC. In these roles, she led the development and implementation of programs related to key health priorities and healthcare improvement and represented the organization as a subject matter expert and strategic partner on both national and local stages. Prior to joining the KHC in 2018, Natalie held roles at the University of Louisville, contributing to infectious disease research.

Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from the University of Louisville. She went on to complete her Master's in Public Health with a concentration in health promotion and behavioral sciences, also from the University of Louisville. Natalie is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
