She most recently retired as a senior partner at EY-Parthenon and prior to joining EY was the SVP of Corporate Strategy for Walgreens and SVP/Healthcare Practice Leader at AonHewitt. Alex has over 30 years of experience with strategic growth and risk mitigation engagements. She has worked at Arthur Andersen, Mercer as the leader of the National Health Care Analysis Unit, and was the Managing Director of the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits. She has developed corporate and growth strategies for several Fortune 500 companies, including the top healthcare payers, PBMs, pharma companies and pharmacies. Additionally, she works with major private equity firms on their portfolio M&A strategy and commercial due diligence.
