Dr. Joseph Badolato is a board-certified family practice physician who spent the majority of his career treating patients in a clinical setting. For the past several years, he has had a special interest in physician leadership, quality management and improving the patient experience and has worked in various capacities with payers, employers and health systems. In his current position as Senior Medical Director, Market Access at Guardant Health, Dr. Badolato is part of a team responsible for bringing to market Guardant’s new blood-based early detection test for colorectal cancer. Prior to Guardant, Dr. Badolato was Senior Medical Director over value-based contracts at Cambia Health Solutions. A Washington state native and fly fishing and outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Badolato is married and has two older daughters.
