Marsha Greene-Jones has been employed with the City of Philadelphia since 2012. In her role as Deputy, Director Human Resources, she leads the benefits strategy for both active and retiree Health and Welfare Benefit programs. She serves as an Alternate Trustee on the Board of Pensions for the City of Philadelphia and is a Trustee on the Health and Welfare Boards for the Police and Fire Unions as well as District Council 47 and District Council 33. Prior to joining the City of Philadelphia, Ms. Greene-Jones was employed as the Vice President of Human Resources, for Terumo Medical Corporation where she was responsible for employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and safety. Ms. Greene-Jones was also the Vice President of Human Resources for Redcats USA and Redcats UK where was responsible for Human Resources strategy related to labor relations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment, safety, expatriate services as well as training and development. Ms. Greene-Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bennett College and a Master of Arts degree from Ohio University.
