Sarah Spannbauer is a senior analyst on the health & wellbeing innovation team at General Motors. She leads the strategy and design of several healthcare benefit programs that support GM’s broader business objectives. Since joining GM in 2020, Sarah has contributed to several high-impact initiatives, including the 2023 UAW negotiations and the rollout of value-based benefit programs aimed at chronic condition prevention and management.

Before joining GM, Sarah served as director of operational development at a federally qualified health center in Detroit, where she supported integrated healthcare delivery. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
