Laura Wallace, Director, Total Health Laura is the Director of Total Health for ArcBest, a leading transportation and logistics carrier, who’s primary mission is to connect and positively impact the world through solving logistics challenges. Laura has served in key roles on the ArcBest Benefits team since 1997. Since 2015, she has been in her current role of Director, overseeing the Benefits for the non-union population at ArcBest. These employees are located across the US, in Canada and Puerto Rico. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s core Wellness value. She oversees the Company’s self-insured and self-administered health plan, on-site clinic, life insurance, and disability plans. Over the last several years, Laura has continued to build and develop a top-tier benefits program, incorporating digital solutions and alternate ways for employees and their families to access healthcare. Laura and her team have worked to develop an internal Total Health navigation team that works to get members to the right benefit resources at the right time. This is done through data analysis, a robust communication strategy, education, and strong vendor partnerships, resulting in high engagement in ArcBest’s benefits solutions. Laura’s dedication and innovative approach have significantly enhanced the benefits experience for ArcBest employees and their families.
