Tyneeta Morris joined Behavioral Health Group in 2024 and serves as the director of total rewards, where she provides strategic leadership over the benefits, compensation, and HRIS functions. In this role, she is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and values. Her work emphasizes enhancing the employee experience, strengthening engagement, and advancing BHG’s employee value proposition.

Prior to joining BHG, Tyneeta spent approximately 27 years with Greyhound Lines, Inc., serving as senior director of human resources. In that capacity, she provided strategic oversight for benefits, compensation, employee relations, HRIS, and payroll functions across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

Tyneeta holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University and a Master of Science in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University. She is an active member of multiple professional benefits associations and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Dallas-Fort Worth Business Group on Health (DFWBGH). She has been recognized by various organizations for her leadership and contributions to advancing workplace health and wellbeing.
