Nick Vasilopoulos is senior vice president of market development at MedImpact. His primary responsibility is managing strategic relations with the healthcare consultants and brokers who advise plan sponsors around pharmacy benefit decisions. In that role, Nick also supports internal teams across the MedImpact organization, including client services, sales, and functional support teams, providing insight into plan sponsor needs, pharmacy benefit advisor interests, and emerging marketplace demands.

Nick has over 40 years experience in healthcare, with 30 years in various roles focused on pharmacy benefit management. He joined MedImpact as part of the Elixir acquisition in 2024, after holding market-facing roles at EnvisionRx/Elixir for 10 years and prior to that with Medco for 11 years. Before moving into the PBM industry, Nick worked as a healthcare consultant at Mercer for almost 15 years, beginning as a healthcare data actuarial analyst and eventually serving as Mercer’s second National Pharmacy Practice Leader until 2002.
