Nathan White joined RxBenefits in 2017 with more than 20 years of experience in pharmacy client consulting, account management, and medication compliance and safety at both CVS Health and Optum Rx. As the chief client officer for RxBenefits, Nathan serves as the primary liaison between the business development team and the broader organization, ensuring alignment and seamless client support. He was also instrumental in the development and launch of Illuminate Rx, the newest addition to RxBenefits’ curated marketplace of pharmacy benefits solutions, offering clients unprecedented clarity and flexible solutions that meet their needs.

Throughout his career, Nathan’s passion has been helping benefit consultants and employers cut through the complexity of the pharmacy ecosystem. He focuses on empowering them to make informed decisions and build tailored solutions that deliver sustainable savings while meeting the unique needs of their members. His unwavering commitment to transparency and client advocacy has been instrumental in maintaining RxBenefits’ high levels of client satisfaction.

Nathan is a frequent speaker on key pharmacy benefit topics, a board member/board chair of Community Voices for 340B, and a member of the Forbes Business Council. He’s a committee member and sponsor of the annual Reliquest Bowl in Tampa and leads RxBenefits’ sponsorship of the Maryland Cycling Classic in Baltimore. He graduated from the State University of New York in Fredonia with a degree in Health Services Administration.
