Kevin Hern is the senior vice president, market access for Lilly USA at Eli Lilly and Company. Prior to this role, Kevin was senior vice president, investor relations, receiving recognition for the #1 IR team and #1 IR officer in the pharma industry. Kevin joined Lilly in 2004 and held financial leadership roles with increasing level of responsibility and scope in manufacturing, OUS commercial, treasury, and R&D in the US, Puerto Rico, and Greece prior to leading investor relations.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Miami University Kevin spent two years as a high school history teacher and varsity soccer coach in Cincinnati, Ohio and three years as a financial advisor in Tampa, Florida before pursuing an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
