Dave Chase is creator and co-founder of Health Rosetta, an organization and movement dedicated to empowering community-owned health plans (COHPs) and redefining how healthcare is delivered and financed now reaching thousands of employers and millions of working Americans. Health Rosetta’s mission is to transform health plans from the leading driver of wage stagnation/decline, debt, and bankruptcy into vessels for wellbeing and wealth creation.
Health Rosetta has become a driving force in establishing industry norms for health plan contracting, procurement, and data access. These standards empower employers, benefits professionals, and clinical organizations to adopt more transparent, accountable, and cost-effective healthcare models, reshaping the healthcare landscape.
Prior to founding Health Rosetta, Dave co-founded Avado, a patient relationship management company acquired by WebMD/Medscape, and led Microsoft’s $30 billion, 28,000-partner healthcare ecosystem. He began his career as an Accenture management consultant to hospitals and health systems.
Dave is a recognized author and speaker, with his TEDx talk, “Healthcare Stole the American Dream – Here’s How We Take It Back.” He is also the author of bestsellers such as “The CEO’s Guide to Restoring the American Dream,” "The Opioid Crisis Wake-up Call," and "Re-localizing Health: The Future of Healthcare is Local, Open & Independent."
