Most employers already pay for much of the menopause care their employees need. Employees still cannot find that care, get stuck at coverage barriers, or do not feel they can ask for help. This session gives benefits and human resources (HR) leaders a practical path forward that does not require adding another line item to an already bursting budget.

The session opens with the 3H Framework™ and new national research from The Fuchsia Tent and the Society for Women's Health Research that shows what employees want from workplace menopause support. Dr. Mary Ojo-Carons, MD, an OB-GYN, then leads a clinical conversation on treatment options and the access barriers that prevent employees from reaching covered therapy.
