"Transparent." "Pass-through." "Fiduciary." Every PBM claims all three, and no two employers, or PBMs, define them the same way. In this session, we introduce a clear, employer-built framework for how the PBM/employer relationship should actually work: the minimum expectations every plan sponsor should have, and the new Employer Bill of Rights that spells out exactly what you should expect, and be able to ask for, from your PBM.
