The Fuchsia Tent (TFT) is a national workplace menopause research and consulting organization. TFT builds evidence-based midlife support strategies and resources for employers, coalitions, and industry partners. Recent work includes national primary research conducted in partnership with the Society for Women's Health Research, the Cost of Inaction budget impact model, and the 3H Healthcare Access Audit. Each resource helps employers improve how employees access menopause care through existing benefits.
