High-Cost Claims Workshop

Complex oncology care and costs are often at the center of and the most unpredictable drivers of employer health plan costs. Employers are seeing these claims grow more frequent, more complex, and more expensive, with limited warning and little margin for error. Given the strong interest for more employers to have access to this information, the National Alliance is offering an in-person pre-conference workshop to help employers take a more strategic approach to managing these specific costs.

This four-hour, employer-focused workshop is designed specifically for those who want to take control of high-cost claims without compromising care quality or patient experience. We will equip participants with the insights and tools needed to better interpret data, identify cost drivers, and implement more effective strategies. SHRM credits will be available!

Dr. Hale is the Chief Medical Officer, US Benefits at Gallagher, and partners with Gallagher Bassett to provide clinical leadership for Stella Health Navigation. In these roles, Dr. Hale helps employers manage costs, improve care quality, and enhance workforce wellbeing, delivering exceptional results. She specializes in complex medical claims, clinical performance improvement, and strategic healthcare transformation.

In addition, Christine serves on the Medical Director Advisory Committee and as the designated large claims expert for the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions.
