Barb is a 38+ year employee benefits industry veteran of employer, health plan, innovator, and consulting roles who brings a unique perspective to clients’ efforts. She is the founder and Principal of AMP, LLC, co-Chair of the National Academies Business Engagement on Obesity Solutions (BEOS) Innovation Collaborative and the leader of a high-performing team of independent consultants with experience delivering a broad spectrum of solutions across the benefits ecosystem. Bringing her lived experience as an obesity patient together with her industry acumen, Barb is a frequent public speaker, panelist and facilitator.
