Max Holfert is the Program Director for Provider Partnership Innovations at Cambia Health Solutions in Portland, Oregon (Regence BCBS). The Provider Partnerships Innovations team is responsible to deliver a suite of value based provider arrangements to deliver across the Regence 4 state footprint. Over the last year Max has led the development of the Regence Episodes of Care program, for which he is overseeing the implementation of in partnership with Remedy Partners. Max brings a systems-thinking and customer focused design perspective to developing and delivering meaningful change in healthcare. He draws upon years of diverse work experience ranging from his own entrepreneurial venture to supporting large multi-national organizations and start-ups. Max also has deep experience working in non-profits and banking, as a foundation for his healthcare program development experience, on both the payor and provider side. Max holds a pre-med degree and an M.B.A. focused on innovation management from Portland State University, as well as training in architecture from the University of Oregon and design thinking from the LUMA institute.
