Chelsea Pollet is a leader and innovator with over 7 years of project management, consulting, and relationship management experience in various healthcare settings. As the Director of Direct-to-Employer Relationships for Henry Ford Health System (HFHS), she is responsible for responding to and securing new direct contract opportunities with employers, ensuring the successful performance of all aspects of direct-to-employer contracted relationships, serving as the primary liaison between HFHS and employer organizations, and continuously improving HFHS’s long-term strategy and approach for securing new direct, value-based contracts. Prior to Chelsea’s current position, she was a Principal Management Engineer on HFHS’s Performance Improvement team, supporting Population Health Management programs and continuous improvement initiatives. Before joining HFHS, Chelsea was a Healthcare Consultant with Improvement Path Systems, managing and supporting performance improvement in emergency departments and resource utilization for radiology departments and labs. Chelsea holds a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor’s in Production and Operations Management from Oakland University. Chelsea was accepted into the Davidson Fellowship for Entrepreneurs in Digital Health through the Henry Ford Innovation Institute in 2016-2017, is the immediate past chair of HFHS’s employee resource group for next-generation leaders, and serves on the Make-A-Wish Michigan Emerging Leaders Council.
