Deborah Krauss-Kelleher is Director of Total Rewards at Carpenter Technology Corporation. Carpenter is a recognized leader in high-performance specialty alloy-based materials and process solutions for critical applications in the aerospace, defense, transportation, energy, industrial, medical, and consumer electronics markets. Throughout her career, Deb has worked for various employers - The Ford Foundation, American Water and the University of PA Health System - in the total rewards arena. She has developed an expertise in benefits, wellness, mergers & acquisitions, labor and HRIS areas. In addition, she has extensive experience in the executive compensation area, working for two publicly traded companies. Over her professional career, she has served on the National Coalition of Healthcare in Washington, DC and is currently a Board Member for the MD Anderson Cooper Foundation and serves on the HR Advisory Council of the Camden, NJ Salvation Army Kroc Center. Deb holds BS from Temple University and an MBA from St. Joseph's University.
