Mr. Given is an entrepreneur and business development professional with 10+ year management & operations experience with focus on innovative problem solving and efficient SaaS solutions that range from professional & education development, healthcare innovation and consumer engagement. Prior to Motivve Health, he was identified and hired as the 1st employee of an education based tech startup in Washington, DC as the Director of Business Development for The Society for Collegiate Leadership & Achievement, where they successfully developed the first SaaS online learning platform to aid in college student development to help better prepare students for life in college and post-graduation through on-campus school organizations. The platform put focus on areas of weakness in core competency areas including Health & Wellness, Education, Life Skills and Financial Literacy. In this role, Mr. Given helped develop the functionality of the online platform, design implementation and information strategy, as well as building out internal operational tools & reporting systems. In just two years, Mr. Given oversaw $2.5M growth to over 220+ campuses across the US; 25,000+ paid members nationally. A big proponent in disruptive technology, Mr. Given identified healthcare engagement as being in need of a massive upgrade to better serve the habits of modern users. By prioritizing the needs & challenges that exist for organizations, and with the belief that engagement starts by meeting people where and how they are already spending their time, Mr. Given founded Motivve Health to solve healthcare’s engagement problem with a solution that people will inherently prioritize.
