Jessica Kochin is currently the Director of Benefits for Steelcase and brings over 15 years of experience in analytics, consulting, and Total Rewards. In her role, Jessica is responsible for benefits delivery for 12K active employees in 34 countries. Jessica is a trusted advisor to the Steelcase leadership team and recognized for her passion in aligning business and people needs.
Prior to joining Steelcase, Jessica served in various benefits leadership roles at Eaton and Ford Motor Company. Early in her career, Jessica spent time in consulting and applied analytics at Thomson Reuters Healthcare, a predecessor of IBM’s Watson Health, and consulted with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan to design a hospital pay-for-performance program.
Jessica has also been an advocate for change in the healthcare industry. She has previously served on the board of directors for the Health Action Council, as a commissioner on Michigan’s Certificate of Need Committee, and as the chair of the Healthcare Value Task Force.
Jessica possesses a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from Aquinas College and a Master of Public Health in health management and policy from the University of Michigan.
