Barbara Wachsman is the Head of Employer Strategy at Galileo, working with employers interested in upgrading their virtual care solutions or managing a shift to virtual-first and value-based delivery models. Barbara is the former Director of Strategy and Engagement for Enterprise Benefits for the Walt Disney Company. In that position, she oversaw operations of Disney’s onsite clinics, physician group partnerships and created the Strategy Lab, the home for innovation in healthcare delivery at Disney. Prior to joining Disney, she held senior leadership positions at international benefit consulting & human capital consulting firms and has been an advisor to multiple healthcare startups. Barbara is an alumna of Scripps College and has a Masters of Public Health degree from UC Berkeley.
