Shelley Bailey is the founder and CEO of Famlee —the only nationwide digital fertility care and treatment solution focused exclusively on avoiding IVF by combining at-home labs with fertility telehealth, a customized treatment plan, and Rx delivery. Famlee is a step-therapy solution that can save employers hundreds of thousands of dollars, if not millions, by requiring its use before IVF.  After visiting doctor after doctor, with most solutions simply to jump into IVF - Shelley knew in her gut there was more that could be done first. This is when Famlee was born.  Empowered by her 20+ years of experience in healthcare—including co-owning a specialty/340B pharmacy that she sold to CVS in 2018—Shelley set out to change the fractured fertility industry in 2020 by ensuring affordable access to fertility testing, telehealth, and treatment. Having spent years fighting for the needs of the underserved and supporting individuals living with HIV and Hepatitis C, Shelley’s experience in advocacy means she’s used to putting up a good fight for the right cause. Additionally, Shelley serves as the Vice Chair of the Oregon Drug Affordability Board, is a former McKesson National Independent Advisory Board member, and has served on various state and national advocacy committees.
