Stephanie Campbell, RN BSN MBA, has 20 years of healthcare experience holding various roles in hospitals, emergency rooms, and in the wellness arena, working with individuals to help manage their chronic conditions. Most recently, she has found her passion in population health. She now helps to remove barriers such as access to care and health literacy in her work at Hello Heart as a Clinical Solutions Consultant. As a nurse, she saw many patients struggle to understand their health conditions which led them to frequent E.R. visits and, even worse, hospitalizations. Now, she works to help bring a heart health solution to members that are proven to lower blood pressure and reduce health care costs by truly meeting people where they are in their journey.
