Paula Hubbard serves as senior vice president of Human Resources, and a member of the chief executive’s office, managing all strategic human resource functions for McLane Company, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company. In addition to supporting Human Resources throughout the enterprise, she supports the company’s mission through the creation and deployment of best in class centers of excellence in recruiting, diversity & inclusion, total rewards, leadership & organizational development, and teammate relations. Additionally, Paula acts as a trusted advisor and coach for senior leaders throughout the organization. Prior to joining McLane Company, Inc., Paula enjoyed a successful career serving in several Human Resources leadership roles, including vice president of Human Resources for BP, senior director of Human Resources for Motorola, and director of Human Resources & Work/Life Programs for Anheuser-Busch Company. A native of Missouri, Paula received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Missouri Valley College, and her master’s degree in social work from The University of Missouri, Columbia. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for North Carolina Central University Foundation. Paula lives in Georgetown, Texas and has two college age boys, Roland and David, of whom she is very proud.
