Ms. Posacki spent more than 20 years as a healthcare technology executive and finance professional before joining the SmartLight Analytics team. With a unique combined background in statistics, quantitative modeling and analysis, process optimization, and fast-moving financial markets where information access drove successful decision-making, Ms. Posacki was astounded by the asymmetrical information in the self-insured healthcare ecosystem. For the last six years, Ms. Posacki has passionately formed strategic partnerships and created effective channels to educate and equip key healthcare decision-makers and influencers. Ms. Posacki has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, where she worked in a corporate advisory capacity, guiding companies through capital-raising, liability risk management, and debt and equity repurchase strategies and execution. She began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she helped companies raise over $10B through the public capital markets, structured and implemented interest rate and currency risk management strategies for large corporations, guided companies through associated accounting and counterparty risk considerations, and advised on capital structure optimization and liability management. She has also served in a corporate risk management advisory capacity, and has managed capital strategy, investor relations and communications. Ms. Posacki graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University’s College of Engineering and received a Master of Engineering from Cornell University with a Finance concentration.
