Mike Stancil is the CEO & President of the healthcare nonprofit Pittsburgh Business Group on Health (PBGH), President and founder of Just Benefits, a Public Benefit Company, and cofounder of ag-tech startup, Leaficient. Mr. Stancil has previously served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing at the PBGH. His work has focused on how employers can impact Maternal and Infant Health Equity and on Social Determinants of Health in Pittsburgh through grant funded projects with the Heinz Endowment and Highmark Foundation. In addition, he has worked as a digital product consultant for the NACDD and CDC on the Diabetes Prevention Program dashboard, Healm.
Mr. Stancil currently serves on the Advisory Committee for Duquesne University’s School of Public Health, is a member of the Executive Service Corps through the Bayer Center of Nonprofit Managment at Robert Morris University, and serves on the board of trustees for the Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative through the Jewish Healthcare Foundation. Mr. Stancil was selected as one of City & State’s 2023 Pittsburgh Power 100 and Healthcare Power 100, and was recognized by the Pittsburgh Business Times as part of their 20 People to Know in Healthcare in 2024. He has a bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University, a master’s degree from George Washington University, and his MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
