Leta Evaskus has worked for the Washington Prescription Drug Program and been a member of the ArrayRx Steering Committee since 2009. She is the current Chair of the multi-state ArrayRx Steering Committee. Leta has a Master of Fine Art from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Fine Art from Syracuse University. Leta values collaborating with states and other government programs that oversee purchasing of prescription drugs. She is the Washington state lead on creating pharmacy purchasing strategies and innovative services and benefits for Washingtonians and other public entities that join ArrayRx Solutions. As a member of the ArrayRx Steering Committee, Leta has co-written public requests for proposals for a pharmacy benefit administrator, co-written pharmacy service contracts, negotiated pricing with contractors and drug manufacturers. Leta is also a project manager, implementing pharmacy bills that are passed by Washington State Legislation. The current implementation she is working on is the Sublocade Access Program.
