Dr. Sell is a Senior Director and Payer Account Medical Lead for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. She leads medical strategy aligned to U.S. employers and delivers clinical education, facilitates real-world evidence research, and pharmacoeconomic analyses to support value-based decision-making. Dr. Sell earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees at Purdue University and is board certified in pharmacotherapy (BCPS). She completed two postdoctoral residencies: Pharmacy Practice at Rush Medical Center (Chicago, IL) and Drug Policy and Medication Use Systems Management at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics (Madison, WI). Prior to joining Pfizer, she served as Clinical Coordinator of Pharmacy and Residency Director at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, as Director of Clinical Consulting for a group purchasing organization supporting integrated delivery networks, and as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy at the University of Florida and Purdue University. She lives in Chicago, IL with her husband and two teenage sons.
