Sheila Savageau is the Director, Global Benefits and Rewards Operations at General Motors. Previously Sheila held the role as Global Health and Well-being Leader. Sheila has been with General Motors since 2013 and has strategic oversight for operational delivery and execution of global benefits and rewards programs. Under Sheila’s leadership and in her previous role providing strategic oversight for global healthcare innovation and well-being, GM was recently awarded the prestigious Business Group on Health Helen Darling award and the 2022 Best Employers: Excellence in Health & Well-being Award. Sheila has been instrumental in establishing and executing the healthcare strategy for General Motors through innovation to the healthcare delivery model. Sheila is an advocate for improving the member experience, driving engagement in the healthcare system, and improving healthcare quality for GM employees and family members.
