Recognized as an expert in designing programs that improve engagement, faith-based, medical, and community stakeholder collaboration, Arnie has more than three decades of experience in public health, pharmaceutical, and healthcare communications and advertising industries. Arnie has developed, launched and managed community stakeholder-medical coalitions dedicated to improving racial health disparities by forming strategic partnerships with over 680 nursing and medical schools, advocacy groups, community and faith-based organization in many of the country’s largest disease hot spots. Arnie’s passion for developing campaigns that bridge scientific data and community engagement has garnered him recognition from the medical industry, pharmaceutical executives, advocacy groups, and federal health departments, earning him certificates of commendation from the Assistant Secretary for the Office of Minority Health, the Diabetes Health and Wellness Academy of NYC, and the American Diabetes Association. 
Arnie has been elected to lead several initiatives designed to address disparately poor outcomes in urban communities, serving in such roles as Chairman of the Communications Committee of US Department of Health Regional Equity Council, a member of the US Food and Drug Administration Cardio-metabolic Network, and the Patient Advocacy Chairman for the American Diabetes Association’s NYC Chapter. Arnie has also served as a member of the National Medical Association’s Manhattan and Los Angeles affiliates, served on the Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield (NJ) Working Group on Behavioral Health and Chronic Disease, Atlantic Health Systems (NJ) Health Literacy Task Force, and the Community Research working group for the Center for Effectiveness in Comparative Research in Baltimore.
