Rodney Dickson is currently Sr. Director, Therapeutic Policy and Advocacy, Rare Disease with U.S. Public Affairs at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company where he is responsible for the management of product and therapeutic area policy issues across rare disease. He works with advocacy groups within the rare disease community while helping shape the policy environment to enhance patient outcomes through access to innovations. Rodney has served within the company for 18 years (including Baxter and Shire) serving in various US and Global positions within Policy and Advocacy, Market Access, Reimbursement as well Marketing. Previously, Rodney worked in Paris, France for The Walt Disney Company. Rodney holds a Masters from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), a B.S. in Finance, and a B.A. in French.
