Tom Ferraro is the Vice President of Global Health, Welfare and Retirement Benefits. In this role, he is responsible for vendor management, the financial sustainability and strategic direction of MetLife's active and retiree Corporate Sponsored Benefits programs. Tom's team has proposed and implemented significant U.S. Health & Welfare benefits changes. These changes have significantly reduced company post-employment benefit liability. Tom launched a MetLife Global Wellness program that operates across the entire Enterprise. Prior to joining Global Compensation & Benefits Tom held several positions in Group National Accounts. During his tenure, his customer base grew significantly, experienced high customer satisfaction results and achieved strong earnings.
