Area President of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global brokerage firm focused on Commercial Insurance, Employee Benefits and Risk Management solutions. He founded Triad USA, Inc. in 1998 and served as President until 2012 when he merged the company with Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. Before establishing Triad, Georgiadis was Executive Vice President for Highmark Inc., one of the largest health insurers in the United States. Georgiadis leads the day-to-day operations of Gallagher Benefit Services and engages prospective and current national or regional employers and Taft Hartley Funds in the design, establishment, management and measurement of their domestic and international health and welfare programs. He remains in the forefront of creating and implementing successful wellbeing and cost improvement efforts for clients. He also develops go to market approaches, as well as strategic product positioning and rollout for numerous pharmaceutical companies, provides management guidance and counsel to health plans and serves in an advisory capacity to statewide and regional labor organizations. Georgiadis has over 35 years of executive experience in the insurance, financing and health care delivery fields and is a frequent guest speaker during business conferences. He has created several businesses or major initiatives that today serve as national models, including Gateway Health Plan and the Children’s Health Insurance Program. He serves as an active Board member with numerous community and civic organizations. Georgiadis earned a Political Science and Business degree from Westminster College and an Executive Leadership degree from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business.
