Rosa Sexton, Head, Global Health & Welfare Benefits for Johnson & Johnson is responsible for the Company’s health & welfare benefits strategy, policy, design, and delivery of innovative programs for J&J employees across the globe. She brings extensive knowledge and insight from her 30-year career in the employer health care and wellness industry. This includes driving innovation, enterprise performance, compliance, cost management opportunities, vendor management and the development of new policies for the benefit programs for 130,000 employees and retirees globally. She has a proven track record of leading cross functional teams to drive results and value for the Company and employees. Rosa provides leadership and expertise in collaboration with internal and external industry and government groups on shaping the future health care benefit landscape.
