Megan leads the client implementation and account management functions at Carrum Health with a focus on client satisfaction, strategy and retention. She has a proven track record of growing and scaling client success teams in the digital health space. Prior to Carrum Health, Megan spent almost 13 years at Virgin Pulse where she was employee number 35 when she started and helped grow the organization to over 1,500 employees, specifically building out the Client Success Team to 250 people. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from American International College. Megan currently resides near Boston, Massachusetts in Wrentham, with her husband, two sons and dog. She enjoys spending free time with her family and staying active by running or hiking.
