Wes Smith is an SVP within the Advisory & Consulting group at Certilytics, joining the company in 2018. He acts primarily as an actuarial consultant, working closely with health plans, PBMs, providers, and employer groups. Wes has the privilege of partnering with multidiscipline teams, internally and externally, and helping customers understand and leverage the full value of Certilytics’ solutions. His particular areas of focus include pricing, stop loss, population health management, and specialty pharmacy. Prior to joining Certilytics, Wes was an actuarial consultant for Mercer, and previously spent time in the actuarial group for Anthem. Wes is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). He is a graduate (Magna Cum Laude) of Bellarmine University with degrees in Economics and Business Administration.
