She obtained a Masters in Health Administration from Indiana University and began her career in healthcare as a Neurodiagnostic Technician before transitioning to employee benefits. Cindy specializes in implementing change to improve the employee experience and engagement. She believes in strong relationships and shared accountability with vendor partners to achieve the best possible business and individual outcomes. In her career, Cindy has saved millions of dollars for her employers through improved vendor relationships and benefit changes that drive choice, value and efficiency. She moved to Nashville nearly 30 years ago, way before it was cool.
