Kim joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network in 2018, bringing over twenty years of broad and balanced health care experience expanding across various markets. Kim was previously a vice president for a prominent pharmacy consulting firm serving regional health plans and self-insured employer groups across the United States. Since joining Blue Cross, she’s helped to facilitate a service model that is more proactive, collaborative and consultative improving the customer experience, and positively impacting members. Under Kim’s leadership, her teams are collectively growing the pharmacy business through the promotion of integrated pharmacy and medical drug benefit solutions focused on lowest net costs for our customers.
