Randa Deaton, MA President and CEO, Kentuckiana Health Collaborative Randa Deaton serves as the President and CEO of the Kentuckiana Health Collaborative, a non-profit organization of employers and other healthcare stakeholders committed to driving a high quality, affordable, and equitable healthcare system and improved community health in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. She is responsible for building, leading, and aligning multiple key healthcare stakeholders to drive innovative, systemic strategies and initiatives to achieve the organization’s mission. She has 25 years of experience leading organizational change and development within human resources and healthcare benefits at Ford Motor Company. Randa serves as the Vice Chair of the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions Board of Directors and as an Advisory Board member of the University of Louisville’s School of Public Health and Information Sciences. Randa earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana State University, and her master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. When outside of the office, Randa enjoys spending time with her family, travelling, camping, cheering for Indiana basketball, and watching survivor TV shows.
