Dawn joined Midwest Business Group on Health in 2019 as the Director of Member Engagement and was promoted in 2022 to Vice President. Dawn oversees membership marketing and communications, provides financial/budget oversight, and leads the development and management of education programs and grant-funded employer projects. She is a registered dietitian with over 30 years’ experience in the health and wellness field. Prior to joining MBGH, Dawn served in leadership roles in hospital, community and corporate settings, responsible for strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of employer sponsored health benefit plans and wellbeing programs. She also has experience as a strategic account executive responsible for working with large, global, multi-site clients to align corporate health initiatives with overall business strategies. Dawn is passionate about helping employers develop and sustain a culture of health while maximizing employee engagement and achieving improved health care cost trend.
