Dae Lee is a partner at Frier Levitt, where he specializes in representing pharmacies in their interactions with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs). His expertise covers a broad range of issues including PBM audits, investigations, network enrollment, suspensions, terminations, reimbursement disputes, and governmental investigations. Dae provides guidance to various types of pharmacies—such as independent, compounding, infusion, and specialty pharmacies—across the country. In addition to pharmacies, he also assists other stakeholders in the pharmacy industry, including wholesalers, manufacturers, and healthcare providers.

Dae's practice extends to pharmacy-related transactions, where he helps clients with corporate formation, due diligence, licensing, and credentialing. He co-chairs Frier Levitt’s Plan Sponsor Practice Group, advising Self-Funded Employers and other plan sponsors on pharmacy benefits and fiduciary duties under ERISA when contracting with PBMs.

Known for his strategic approach, Dae has successfully resolved numerous disputes between pharmacies and PBMs, often achieving favorable outcomes that help preserve pharmacy operations and secure proper reimbursements. He frequently contributes to industry articles and speaks at conferences on PBM practices, pharmacy rights, and healthcare transactions. Dae holds the Certified Pharmacy Benefits Specialist™ (CPBS™) certification from TransparentRx, accredited by the University of Kentucky School of Pharmacy.
