Burt Zweigenhaft is an accomplished innovator and Chief Executive with over 26 years of experience in specialty biotech pharmaceuticals and oncology cancer care ecosystems. Currently, he serves as the Executive Vice President, Corporate for FFF Enterprises, a leading national supply channel partner for pharmaceuticals, human blood products, vaccines, and biopharmaceutical products. He leads efforts to implement Smart Distribution Alliances, fostering collaboration between Providers, Payers, and Pharma to enhance value-based healthcare outcomes.
Burt is also the Executive Vice Chairman of KlearTrust, LLC, a technology platform that facilitates Value-Based Contractual Agreements in healthcare. Additionally, he is the Founder and Executive Director of the Association for Value Based Cancer Care, promoting knowledge-sharing in the cancer care ecosystem. His past roles include founding and leading the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) and serving in various executive positions at Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Onco360, an oncology pharmacy provider.
Burt holds a Ph.D. and D.Litt. from Alfred State College, and a BS in Economics and Management from the University of Buffalo. He remains involved with several industry associations, editorial boards, and philanthropic efforts, including serving on the National Board of Swim Across America for Cancer Research.
In his personal life, Burt enjoys swimming, hiking, skiing, and spending time with his family in New York City and Lake Placid. He and his wife are proud parents of three daughters and six granddaughters.
