Susann Schlotterback serves as AVP, Commercial Policy & Strategic Insights at Merck and is responsible for leading the development of payer strategies that enables affordable access across market segments to Merck’s portfolio of pharmaceuticals and vaccines as well as US Market policy issues impacting access and pricing, including IRA, MFN, and 340B. Strategic Insights operates as a center of excellence in the U.S. market to enable evolving market access strategies. Susann brings a breadth of experience from over 25 years at Merck, having held numerous positions and leadership roles across the sales, account management and access focusing on our customers and patients. Prior to joining Merck, Susann worked as a Critical Care RN in multiple hospitals within Florida, Tennessee, Illinois, and Iowa.
