Shay Forbes has spent a decade in healthcare focusing on analytics and advising self-funded employers around plan design, strategy, and innovation. As Turquoise Health’s GM of Employer Solutions, he is responsible for creating products that help employers leverage price transparency data to positively impact both the cost and quality of care received by plan members. Prior to Turquoise, Shay ran Business Development at Artemis Health before being acquired by Nomi Health. He also has led similar departments at Tava Health and Bravely.

When not thinking about price transparency, Shay is actively involved in his local Lehi, Utah community with his wife and kids. They enjoy all the outdoors have to offer in Northern Utah.
