Nick Glimcher is the CEO of PrimeBody, Genetic Technological Innovations, LLC (GTI Labs), and Blue Genes Labs, LLC—companies advancing personalized healthcare, diagnostics, and wellness. After graduating from Arizona State University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance, Nick founded GVSW, a real estate development firm that built and acquired more than $300 million in commercial shopping centers across Arizona, California, and Utah. In 2004, he launched NR Glimcher, completing more than $100 million in sale-leaseback transactions nationwide. In 2009, Nick expanded into fintech by founding BlueSquare Resolutions, which ranked #19 on Inc. magazine’s list of the 500 fastest-growing companies in America. BlueSquare processed more than $10 billion in credit card transactions before being acquired by a Goldman Sachs-backed firm in 2015. Nick acquired PrimeBody in 2014, growing it into a nationally recognized hormone replacement therapy provider. In 2016, he purchased GTI Labs, which now operates in 40 states and provides advanced diagnostics and personalized health solutions. In 2021, Nick founded Blue Genes Labs to advance precision medicine through technology designed to reduce adverse drug reactions, improve prescribing decisions, streamline clinical workflows, and lower healthcare costs. Despite his many professional accomplishments, Nick considers his greatest achievement by far to be being a father to five children.
