Important Notice for Service Providers & Vendors
Preference is given to proposal submissions that include employers/purchasers. Please note, your submission may not be considered if an employer/purchaser is not included as part of your proposal.
- Due to our non-profit status and to enable us to provide quality education and in-demand speakers for employers/purchasers at an affordable rate, we must require service providers and or vendors to provide financial support as an event sponsor. There are different levels of sponsorship available. Please check here for details.
- To ensure the educational value and integrity of our agenda, promotional efforts by speakers of any kind are considered a breach of the spirit of the conference. Speakers, presenters, and panelists are to refrain from promoting themselves and their businesses during presentations.
